Hi
I am 56 years of age and gave up work 13 years ago to look after my dad who died of cancer, since then I have been the full time carer (i.e 365 days of the year 24 hours a day) to my mum who is disabled and requires 24 hours care. I do not go out many places to take pictures so have to rely on the beach (which is about 50 yards away) and the back garden which is full of birds and flowers.
I own 4 Finepix cameras ending with the S8000fd whihc has a superb super macro on it.
I have recently purchased a new Lumix G1 DSLR whihc has an amazing 3 frames per second and have taken some really good birds pics with it, but suppose should not talk about it on a Finepix site !!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is about it, I have a mad African Grey Parrot called "Bilbo" and a beautiful 11 year old Standard Poodle called "george" and they keep me on the straight and narrow and cheer me up when I am feeling low.
