How sweet is this shot? I think the tilt of the mans head makes the shot as he really does look like a listener and the little one certainly seems to have a lot to say.

A very effective composition. I love the eye-to-eye contact between the subjects; and the mans head tilt. I'm guessing that this wasn't completely posed and that you captured that magic moment when everything fell into place.
I also like the graininess of the image, (high ISO?), and the lighting. I'd perhaps have liked to see the background a little more out of focus, but other than that it's excellent and I'm sure the little girl in the picture will treasure it in years to come.
