Bought an X100 LE in March, needing repair for a couple of faults already. Don't believe the 48 hr premium service sold with the X100, nor the messages you get on the Fuji website when you book it in for repair. It's a lie.My camera has been with Fuji for the last 6 days, and has not even been looked at yet. They are also not really interested when you speak to them either. Not likely to get it back for weeks, its in a que. The bloke I spoke to has not even heard of the premium 48 hr service.We are all just numbers not customers.

I personaly hate editing any images i take, not down to inability as i have used Photoshop and other image editing programs for years but because to me the image them becomes a fake.Not sure if this view is shared by many if any at all but thats personaly how i feel even with using my avart image as a example, i took that shot around 2 years ago and to be honest the image looked better in its edited state but feels as if i have done some wrong to the image in editing it.

Hello, First of all, i want to know if is possible to update my firmare of s5250 with the firmware of S2980.And second and my real problem, is, with AF Illuminator, it off all the time, and when i go to the setup in the camera, that options is grey and off. But when i put a custm reset the problem desaper and apears after 3 our 4 times a use the cameraSomeone can help me?

I am a new Fuji x100s user and was wondering why the shutter count isn't accurate like my Nikon DSLR. I took only 300 pictures and the Shutter Count shows 700. Why is the shutter count increased when I preview pictures or play movies? This should indicate the real shutter count like on my NIKON DSLR. I would appreciate if this issue would be resolved in the new firmware update.

x pro 1, battery retaining catch

Is anyone else having this problem. My x pro 1 is two months old and the small plastic tab retaining the battery in position has broken and even if I hold the battery down with my thumb while I shut the battery compartment lid, the camer will not power up.The camera has now been sent by my dealer to Fuji for investigation and repair if necessary.

Don't know if I'm going daft(er) but last night and again this morning, I've checked back to see which pic it was when people have commented on my entry and thanked me for my comments on theirs - and found mine on theirs missing!! Who's nicked them?? - at least my comp entry hasn't been taken off yet like it was last month!!

1st post on the new site, am getting used to it now, and am liking what I'm seeing. Well done everyone involved.Just one observation, and this has nothing to do with touting for comments; people don't seem to be leaving many comments on people's photos. The viewed info is nice to see that people are viewing pictures, but come on guys, if you have the time to look please leave a comment and some feedback on the image, good or bad, it's the only way we'll improve.

I was just browsing throught the entries and marveling at the broad interpretations of the theme, and in general seeing some very good photo's.What I also seemed to notice is the ammount of comments pictures seem to get, or the lack of them to be more precise. Is it that people are more wary on this site to leave anything that may cause any slight offence to the photographer, is it that there are too many to look over, or does the system takes to long to get round to doing what you want, or simply, people cant be bothered to comment anymore?
