Brilliant James!! So glad you did a post as well. Putting some of us older snappers to shame with some of these.
Well done on your first photoblog. Speaking of cookies, I should have blocked them!! Haha
Thanks for posting, superb.
Merry Christmas to you, your Dad and family.

Lovely blog James - would loved to have gone myself but too far for someone as old and decrepit as me!!
I'm hoping to make it to the NEC in March again though as Birmingham is just up the road -don't know if you & your dad will be able to go there??

Hey James, what a superb photo blog, well done you. As Steve says you put us oldies to shame with some of these indoor shots. The long shot looks like the one you did lying down, it certainly paid off, it's brilliant, showing the view brilliantly. And you've sneaked a couple of places in that I didn't even know where there so well done again.
It's really great to see everyone's photos of the brilliant day, so thank you so much for putting it together for us, especially as you've probably been busy at school. Looks like you could have yourself a career in photography at this rate, and I'm not just saying that, you've got real talent young man.
Thanks again for putting this together, please do more of the photos that you take, cos I for one would love to see them.
Bye for now and have a super Christmas, say hi to your dad for me.

Some wonderful shots there James - particularly like the Nave - which I think is professional standard. I like that you have straightened your verticals in most. Not sure whether I am off line here when I say the second from last may be improved by a little more light on the edges - you may have been aiming at having the centre bright to grab the interest. You should be extremely proud young man as you have produced a series of very excellent shots.

Some cracking shots there James! Certainly gave Steve a run for his money
hehe! You have a great eye for such a young age, and I dont know many, in fact I dont know ANY lads of your age who would have had the patience to take such care over these photo's.
Well done! Keep up the brilliant work

Hi James.
I would not have found this if not for a post in the UK chat section.
Can I say that these are very good photos. It is nice to see someone not afraid of the use of shadows. I like the pictures as you have presented them.
I can't tell how much post processing has gone on if at all and that's a very good thing in my book. Not whether any has been done but the fact there is no way of telling.
Extremely well done.

Hi James, what a great blog. You really are a natural photographer with an exceptional eye for a picture. I particularly love the third and tenth ones but they are all excellent. Looking forward to the next one. You have made a number of us turn a funny shade of Green.
Best wishes to you.

Some great pics, looking at them is a pleasure, I want to see this place in person now. I agree with everything Ray (above) said, its great to see 'natural' (ie real shadows) looking pics of this quality.
So long and thanks for all the fish

Well done James.

Hi James, a smashing blog you`ve got here.
When I saw the picture of you lying on the floor in one of the other blogs, I wondered what you were up to, now I know. Those low down shots are superb.

Very well done James, some great angles and very accomplished shots. It is interior situations like these that some hdr work can really set the shots off. Maybe you could try experimenting along those lines. Great job!

First class James. I know the conditions these were shot under and you certainly overcame all obstacles.
Heaven knows how good you're going to be in a few years, bloomin heck you're only 12 now.
It was very nice meeting you and your dad and hope I get the chance to meet you both again.
Hope the concert went well. You'll have to keep that up also.
Jen said your blog was better than mine she does talk silly sometimes.......not this time.
Take care young man,
