A whole lot of Robins....and a few other birds.
I make no apologies for the number of Robin photos from todays day out, they just stayed close and posed....just begging to have their pictures taken.

Started off at WWT Llanelli (as usual..lol). Portrait of a Red-breasted Goose

The obligitory Mandarin Duck shots...

....my favourite ducks

I rarely catch the Eiders, they're usually snoozing under the trees

Ok.....first 8 Robin shots....3 different birds

A short break from the red-breasts.....spied a sparrow in the tree

5 more Robin shots....2 birds this time

Another sparrow

Leaving the WWT behind I had a short walk along the riverside at Loughor. This Magpie was high up in the tree.

Blackbird surrounded by food.....unfortunately his movements were so quick when picking the berries off all my action shots were too blurred.

Four for the price of one here....Little Egret, Black-headed Gull, Godwit, and Redshank

Little Egret

Finishing with the only in-flight photo today....a Black-headed Gull
I hope you enjoyed, and didn't get bored with all the robin images...I had so many it was too difficult to leave any more out....lol.

Cheers.

Kevin, there ar some remarkable shots there. Well done. Such detail.
We pondered too long over the vacant site at Kenfig, it's gone. Never mind! So bus doing other things and let it slip through our fingers.

If I had robin shots like I'd be very proud and want to show them off, they're all gorgeous. In fact all your birds shots here are crackers.
